What you see here is perhaps never to hit the road in future. However, this somewhat bizarre concept vehicle has been designed by Andrei Alexeev and will be exhibited at the Detroit Motor Show. Dubbed the Misha, this vehicle, as you can see from images, has been especially designed to easily and safely commute its occupants in the snowy Siberian region. This vehicle can conquer any terrain – be it snowy roads, marshy ways or bad lanes.
Inspiration for Misha came from the image of the bear Misha from Russian fairy tales and as per designer; Misha is also associated with a Russian man, kindness and reliability. The concept car is addressed to the young families and features asymmetrical body and driver’s side more athletic and dynamic. In the passenger side, however, there is relative calm and one can see the large round window that gives the immaculate view of the vicinity.
Other than these, this vehicle has been designed with eco credentials. It gets power from the four electric motors housed on each wheel. It uses hydrogen fuel cells for the emission free rides. On the other, air suspension allows to change the ground clearance and Michelin wheels has retractable claws, like a bear to help you out in the difficult situation.
