Would you like to see a new hilly countryside being added to the cool Boston neighborhood? Yup, that is indeed what we are offering along with an actual chance to live in or have a groovy new office in that green hill! Well, as ridiculous as it sounds the concept creation of Christian Bay-Jørgensen give you all that and a lot more. The young Danish architect has found a cool and visually soothing way to merge the concept of green rooftops with modern architecture to create a structure that adds beauty as well as value to area it adorns.
The Boston Fusion Concept design offers the people of the already beautiful locality a wonderful green building that has rooftops which not only harness solar energy when needed to create alternate energy, but also help save energy in the form of natural insulation. Both heating and cooling needs will be served as rooftops with natural vegetation on top keep the temperature inside moderate to a very large extent.
Then there is the added advantage of purifying and sanitizing the flow of storm water, which otherwise causes a major hassle in the city. The flow of water can be slowed down thanks to the green roofs and the water is also purified to a large degree. The Boston Fusion sports 17 floors with penthouses on the top and along with the aesthetic grandeur it brings, the design helps in air purification and self-sustenance.
Designs like the Boston Fusion are probably the best way to go when it comes to designing future cities and planning for area expansions. If ‘multitasking’ is the way for the future, few designs match the ‘green dexterousness’ of Boston Fusion.
